In Normal mode, you can search for a phrase. Use / for forward direction search and use ? for backward direction search.
After typing a search phrase, hit the enter key to start searching. The cursor will stop at the first one, then Vim switches to Search mode. Under Search mode, you can use the n or N key. The n key moves the cursor to the next phrase and the N key moves the cursor to the previous one.
